REVIEW FROM FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS: So, going through the process of buying a home for the first time is a daunting task—deciding on what would be a good investment, what to look for in a house, mortgage, inspection, attorney, so on and so forth. Lana is truly the entire package. I mean this. As a first time buyer, you need an experienced agent, and Lana was nothing short of excellent. We found the perfect house and walked into equity with it, amazing investment, amazing location, amazing price, and we closed on our initial expected close date within 45 mins. The two things that truly stick out is honesty and hard work. We felt like her only client (even though that is NOT the case) bc of how available she made herself (on her family vacation she was fielding emails...) it was like having a real estate agent on call 24/7. Second, honesty, we would walk into a house and she would instantly let us know the pros and cons, and not just try to sell us. It was clear she wanted us to be happy and cared.
